Timing: This spectacular "Motorhome Rental Package" begins noon on Thursday March 14, 2013 through Monday March 18, 2013. All times are EST. Must depart on Monday March 18, 2013 by 9:00AM
Motorhome Details: 40' Luxury Damon Escaper, two slides with Heat and AC. Amenities include all bedding, fresh sheets, pillows, microwave, side by side refrigerator/freezer and private bath. Sleeping accommodations are for 3 couples or 4 individuals. One queen bed in the master stateroom, a queen sofa bed in the main salon. Additional sleeping available on a dinette conversion. New upgraded 12' roof-top viewing platform, 6 chairs, large patio umbrella, cooler and Direct TV for race viewing. Outside entertainment center with 32" LCD TV, gas grill, utensils, 5 chairs, 70qt. cooler, one 6' table and patio carpet are provided with each rental. Motorhome may be placed on our premium infield camping sites or yours.
Diesel Fuel & Generator Usage: All included in this Rental Package. This package also includes "one tank" fresh water supply of 109 gallons. Sanitation disposal is the responsibility of the renter.

Rental Rates: Rates may vary pending your Infield location needs. Motorhome can be placed on your lot or our infield spot.

- $ 6100.00 Escaper on OUR Spot

Payment must be made via Company Check, Cashier Check, Money Order or Paypal
Must sign a standard motorhome rental agreement prior to occupancy.
Must have a valid drivers license and be at least 25 years of age
A $1000.00 refundable security deposit will hold this Motorhome rental.
Balance due 45 days prior to your arrival & occupancy.
Security deposits will be refunded at time of departure, pending no damages.
No refunds with less than 30 days cancellation.
Admission tickets are not provided with this race package
This Motorhome cannot be moved after being parked.
Autos must remain in your designated parking Zone.
Must follow rules and regulations established by Bristol Motor Speedway.
Rental sales tax will be added to all rental rates.
